About FlareTracker

FlareTracker is a caregiver web app for logging daily health and care events, medication timing, and vitals — with a rules-aware coach and summaries you can share with your care team.

Optional integrations include device vitals from Health Connect (Android app) and, when enabled, blood pressure readings from your Omron Connect cloud account. Imported vitals land in a staging inbox; you choose which child profile each reading belongs to.

FlareTracker is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment advice. It is a personal logging and planning tool for families and caregivers.
