FlareTracker is a personal logging and planning tool for caregivers. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always follow your clinician's guidance. Do not rely on FlareTracker for emergency decisions — call emergency services when needed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of data you enter. Use FlareTracker only for lawful caregiving purposes and only for people you are authorized to care for.

Integrations

Optional connections (Health Connect, Omron Connect, notification channels) are provided as-is. Third-party services have their own terms. You can disconnect integrations in Settings.

Availability

FlareTracker is offered without warranty, especially during beta. Features may change; backups and exports are your responsibility.
